I reached out to get some 20 year old carpet replaced and OH MAN!!!!! All about flooring completely nailed it. My experience with Brian and his team is why I don't want to consider the 'big chains.' We used Brian a few years ago to put LVP flooring in and my initial experience with them was great! As someone who doesn't know much about installing flooring, they provided an option to us they could do that would require less product -- saving us money. They are honest and not trying to take advantage of their customers to make more money in the moment and that right there, earns my loyalty and referrals to them. A few weeks ago, we discovered we had a dishwasher leaking and unfortunately water was under our flooring and we needed to take the flooring out. We contacted Brian and Jack (his wonderful father) and they came out THAT DAY to assess the situation with us!
