All About Flooring did an amazing job in our home. We replaced our 10-year-old very dirty carpet with new flooring and put new carpet on the stairs. His team worked very hard and made sure everything was perfect. They also replaced the floor boards, that was not an easy task. We knew we wanted to replace the tile in our kitchen to make the whole living area and kitchen flow, and Brian was able to do that for us. We are so happy with the results. My experience with Brian and his team is why I don't want to consider the 'big chains.' We used Brian a few years ago to put LVP flooring in and my initial experience with them was great! As someone who doesn't know much about installing flooring, they provided an option to us they could do that would require less product -- saving us money. They are honest and not trying to take advantage of their customers to make more money in the moment and that right there, earns my loyalty and referrals to them. A few weeks ago, we discovered we had a dishwasher leaking and unfortunately water was under our flooring and we needed to take the flooring out. We contacted Brian and Jack (his wonderful father) and they came out THAT DAY to assess the situation with us! They fixed our floor and spent extra time giving us options as our original LVP is out of stock and couldn't afford to replace the entire flooring. The floor looks great! See more See less
I reached out to get some 20 year old carpet replaced and OH MAN!!!!! All about flooring completely nailed it. Brian came out at the scheduled time and brought a lot of samples for us to look through and helped with the choices, and the coloring match for the walls and carpet. The carpet we chose is called Shaw Elevation 2 color Perfection. I am usually hesitant in making a big purchase and Brian talked us through it, explained everything professionally and eased my apprehensions. We had our living room carpet replaced. One installer, but he had all 255 Sq. feet of old carpet ripped out and replaced in a little under two hours. Price was very reasonable, we opted for the more expensive carpet option. But Brian's response time and correspondence thereafter was impressive. Great price, paid $2750 for medium pile carpet in 5 bedrooms (675 square feet ish) which included a good 8lb pad. That price also included the old carpet removal and disposal. They did it in less than 4 hours. Looks awesome, so glad to have new carpet in. Brian and his crew were great to work with while changing out the entire flooring in my upper two levels. it was a big job and I did have to move basically everything in my house, but their flooring made my house look like a whole new home! These guys were great! They came in the time frame they told us, got to work right away and had everything removed and put down new vinyl flooring in just a few hours and it's beautiful! I contact All About Flooring Utah at the end of July. Brian was very prompt at replying and getting me on the schedule for new vinyl flooring. He was very easy to work with and worked around my needs and schedule since I was going to be out of town a lot. I had carpet in a hallway and 3 bedrooms that needed to be torn out. Called to get a quote on replacing the original 30 year old carpet downstairs in the basement. Thought I could do the LVP myself but then ran into a problem with an unlevel, cracked floor and tile removal. Hugo came over and knocked out the flooring in a day.
